What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We make regular updates of the web page to provide the best level of security for the software code used and to reduce exploits. Data will not be used outside of the context of this webpage, backups will stay on the server of the host (hetzner, Germany).
What data breach procedures we have in place
The professional hosting service offered by hetzner provides for system control, maintenance and alerts. If a data breach occurs, we will put the system in maintenance mode and observe the recommendations given by the host provider.
What third parties we receive data from
We do not receive and use data from third parties. Only data of the project consortium is used on this page. Data sources are checked for violation of copyrights as far as possible.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We do not use your data for automated decision making or profiling.
