Objectives
To coordinate and manage MEDSAL project during its lifetime, monitoring efficiently project deliverables within the budgetary and time limits agreed and compliance with the PRIMA rules and Consortium Agreement.
Description of work
This WP constitutes the backbone of the Project, as it will pursue during its lifetime to run smothly, timely and succesfully all scientific, financial, and organizational aspects of the Project. Being an horizontal WP, interacts with all other WPs to ensure contigency according to the defined Project Management Plan and the steering decisions of its envisaged management bodies.
